Shipping Policy

All Noirtide boots are handcrafted in our dedicated workshop in USA. Each pair is made exclusively to order, based on your selected style and measurements.

Production typically takes 8 to 12 business days.

As part of our standard process, a Noirtide support specialist will personally contact you after your order is placed to reconfirm sizing and order details before production begins.

We ship worldwide. Once production is complete, orders are dispatched the same business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days in USA and 8 to 12 worldwide, depending on destination. Remote or rural locations may require additional transit time.

Every pair is carefully inspected and approved in accordance with USA quality standards before dispatch. If you are unavailable at the delivery address, please ensure that an authorised recipient is available to receive the parcel.

All Noirtide orders are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. The price you pay at checkout is the final price — no hidden fees, no unexpected charges at delivery.

In the rare event that a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal unrelated to customs or taxes, the parcel may be returned to the sender.

In such cases, return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund once the item is received back and inspected.
